• 13:30 to 13:45: Meeting between category leaders/convenors and judges co-ordinator
• 13:00 to 14:20: Participants registration and Project Setup (Schools and Participants) PLEASE DON’T COME EARLIER! 
• 13:45 to 14:20: Briefing of Judges 
• 14:30 to 15:00: Pre-Judging 
• 14:30 to 15:00: Break for participants 
• 15:00 to 18:15: Judging (interviews)

  Saturday 1 September 2012:

• 08:30 to 12:30: Exhibition open to public.
• 12:30 to 13:00: Clearing up
• 13:15 to 15:30: Prize-giving ceremony
